From January 22nd, the exhibition at the Museo del Gioiello in Vicenza will be dedicated to "Skin: the skin of the jewel", a research that starts from skin not as a surface but as a foundational material for the jewel.
Roberta Risolo, selected with her Roots brooch, retraces her jewelry history through precious techniques such as burin satin finishing, combining traces of history with the materials she is connected to: olive wood and Lecce stone.
The exhibition opens on January 23rd at 7:00 PM with the work of 77 Italian and international designers and artisans who have successfully interpreted the theme of surface in contemporary jewelry and will end on May 1st.
The Museo del Gioiello is located in Piazza dei Signori, 44 in Vicenza. You can visit the official website or their Facebook page.
