Shipping and returns

Shipping

Once the jewelry is finished, it is entrusted to a courier. The shipment will be tracked and, in most cases, will reach your location in Italy the next day, except for some areas where delivery takes up to three business days.

Shipments outside of Italy will be entrusted to a courier and will be tracked; delivery typically takes two to six business days.

Shipping within Italy is free for purchases of €190 or more.

The costs for all other shipments will be calculated during checkout.

Returns

Since most items are custom-made, returns cannot be accepted.

Please contact us for any questions or needs; we will be happy to accommodate your requests and will do our best to fulfill them.

Returns for non-custom-made items can be accepted if the product is returned intact and without signs of wear.

Shipping costs for all returns are borne by the buyer.
