Preserving the Value of Tradition
It is with this thought in mind that the collaboration with Le Costantine was born.
I am very happy to inform you that for this Christmas you can further enrich your gifts with a very special package: a pochette hand-woven using the traditional Pinto technique, to let you discover the value of authentic craftsmanship up close.

Weaving dreams, weaving emotions, weaving stories that intertwine...
Three noblewomen from Salento, sisters Giulia and Lucia Starace with their cousin Lucia De Viti De Marco, daughter of the renowned economist Antonio, dedicated their entire lives to others.
In accordance with their wishes, "Fondazione le Costantine" was founded in 1982, an agricultural, craft, and pedagogical activity center. An oasis of peace nestled among olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, in an enchanting setting a few kilometers from Otranto, Porto Badisco, Santa Cesarea, and Castro, which combines hospitality, weaving, biodynamic agriculture, and training in one reality.
The artisanal weaving workshop produces textile artifacts made on ancient wooden looms with 4 heddles, using natural raw materials such as cotton, linen, wool, silk, and Loro Piana cashmere.
Ancient traditions, orally transmitted, are enriched by the use of new designs and new materials.
Fondazione le Costantine collaborates with well-known fashion names such as the Dior fashion house.
You can have the pochette for a small contribution.
